Landlord’s requirement to conclude the transaction: The tenant shall agree to assume the payment of a part of the additional services, i.e. the drafting of the rental agreement, which includes the following operations of the property broker: the handing over of the property and drafting of the corresponding report, assistance with changing the holder of the subscription contracts (such as contracts for the supply of electricity, gas, heat, water, and internet), preparing and storing the documentation, according to the price list as specified in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company. Final costs for the tenant are defined according to the leased surface area, defined in the contract.
